Senior Software Engineer

What you will do

" Build and maintain support automation services and integrations (e.g., Slack Jira intake, enrichment, routing, lifecycle sync).

" Implement agentic workflows to automate triage, context collection, summarization, and next-step recommendations using tool-calling/orchestration frameworks.

" Deliver production-grade systems: APIs, event-driven processing, retries/idempotency, rate limiting, and strong error handling.

" Add and maintain observability for automation health (logs/metrics/dashboards/alerts) and improve reliability over time.

" Communicate clearly with users and partner teams via docs, demos, and concise status updates; iterate quickly based on feedback.
