What we are looking for

Senior Software Engineer profile with agentic developer experience focused on building centralized reliability solutions, combining backend development in Python, AI integration, and developer-facing tools to enhance observability, decision-making, and performance across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a centralized reliability command center to provide a unified view of system health, risks, and service performance.
• Create AI agents to support incident triage, root-cause analysis, log and trace summarization, and next-step recommendations.
• Build developer-facing features and APIs that enable data exploration, debugging, and improved decision-making.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to prototype, refactor, and deliver high-quality code efficiently.
• Own projects end-to-end, including requirements definition, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, ...
