What Success Looks Like

In your first 6 months, you will have a clear understanding of our application architecture, contributed meaningfully to the existing automation framework, and begun integrating tests into our CI/CD pipelines. Within a year, you will have helped establish a well‑documented QA tool stack and set of best practices, with automated coverage across front‑end, API, and performance testing that the broader engineering team trusts and relies on.

What will you do?

We are looking for a mid‑level QA Engineer to join our engineering team and help establish a robust, automation‑first quality assurance practice from the ground up. You will work within a small, focused QA team, reporting to the Engineering Manager alongside Software Engineers. This is not just an execution role — you will play a meaningful part in defining the tools, standards, and best practices that shape how we approach quality across the organisation.
