Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect in the Exchange domain, you are a key contributor to the architecture of highly critical, performance sensitive platforms that underpin Swiss and international financial markets.

Your primary scope of work is Project Equinox / Program Polaris, where you actively shape next generation Exchange capabilities — from architectural vision and hands on experimentation to delivery and evolution. You operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, working in close collaboration with business, engineering, and platform teams.

This role goes far beyond designing diagrams. As part of Solution Architecture, you are deeply involved across many topics and initiatives, combining hands on technical work with architectural leadership.
