Senior Solution Architecture

Overview

The Client Engagement Solution Architect collaborates with local program teams, client engagement partners, R&D, product teams, project delivery teams, and global subject matter experts to understand customer needs, define solution architectures, and support projects from the pre-sales phase through implementation and delivery. The role is responsible for ensuring clear product and project requirement definitions and translating them into efficient and scalable application and service designs in alignment with the relevant teams. The role also ensures proper execution of the solution design and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of technical expertise and business understanding.
