Job Responsibilities
- Programme and Service Delivery: Execute timely, efficient and coordinated online/offline programmes to cultivate and engage alumni/students to build stickiness, increase affinity, improve retention.
- Operations Coordination with Internal/External Stakeholders: Work closely with internal/external stakeholders in providing support and assistance to alumni seeking career/academic related activities timely and smoothly.
- Alumni Database administration: Administer and manage the alumni database such that it is continuously updated and relevant to business needs.
- Alumni Portal/Website/Email/Social media administration: Maintain various digital platform functionalities, ensure currency, accuracy and relevance of uploaded contents, as well as grow the annual usership.
