Senior Specialist, Debt Solutions – Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of debtor files, providing exceptional client service across various sectors.
• Assist in developing and growing the insolvency practice within the community and surrounding areas.
• Respond promptly to initial debtor contact via telephone, email, etc.
• Conduct initial interviews and meetings, including sign‑ups.
• Follow up on potential debtors in a timely manner.
• Enter debtor documentation and workbook data into Ascend and prepare sign‑up documents.
