About the job Senior Specialist Insight and Reporting
CONTRACT ROLE: 12 MONTHS (ON-SITE)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to departmental and company policies and rules
- Ensure compliance to all South African IT legislation and governance
- Ensure continuous improvement of standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the development and management of Service Level Agreements
- Ensure adherence to Company Data Governance policies and procedures as well as POPIA and GDPR principals
- Gather and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and deliver reports that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics
