Senior Store Performance Analyst at RONA

Step into a pivotal role with RONA as a Senior Store Performance Analyst, starting June 2026 for a 15-month maternity leave replacement. This temporary role focuses on performance analysis and strategic decision-making for our dealers network.
Reporting to the Manager of Store Performance Analysis, you will contribute to vital projects aimed at profitability optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with Merchandising and Operations teams, providing analytical support and ensuring effective data management. A high level of autonomy is expected, alongside strong analytical skills and financial understanding.

• Create and maintain dashboards for Store Projects
• Compile and analyze data across teams
