Senior Support Analyst

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

·Must have minimum of 6+ years of experience in supporting or developing application

·Technical background:

o Working knowledge of application servers. Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deploymentprocess/piplines.

o Working knowledge of databases scripting

o Working knowledge of scripting /programming languages

·Working experience in Corporate IT, IT Security or other transverse domains

·Certification in ITIL

· Good communication and presentation skills

·Possesses strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
