Senior Systems Support Engineer

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Perform all responsibilities of Systems Support Engineers and Systems Administration support for the following:

1. Directory Services Management

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, AWS AD, Huawei AD
• Create/update/deploy GPOs
• Promote/demote Domain Controllers
• Conduct AD health monitoring

2. Cloud Administration

• AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch, IAM, Workspaces, SNS, Certificate Manager, FSx, Storage Gateway
• Azure: Azure AD / B2C, Azure VMs
• Huawei Cloud: ECS, ELB, OSS

3. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, license assignments
