Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist — Sourcing & Strategy

CITADEL is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to enhance our recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and candidate management. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
