Reporting Manger : Chief Finance Officer

Job Roles & Responsibilities :-

Finalization of Corporate Tax Returns/ Wealth Tax Returns/ TDS Returns for all legal entities in India Tax advisory on various tax issues and well versed with Domestic law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treaties Working knowledge of other laws such as FEMA, Companies Act Independently handle assessment/reassessment proceedings including preparation of written submissions and representation before various income tax authorities Independently handle DRP and Appellate proceedings including drafting submissions, research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) Assist in Appellate proceedings before Income Tax ...
