Senior TCB Applications & Packaging Solutions Engineer

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Senior TCB Application & Technical Sales Engineer in Singapore. This role involves engaging with semiconductor customers to address their packaging needs and support technical sales activities. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field and have 5–15 years of semiconductor packaging experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting bonding issues and leading machine qualification activities. Expertise in TCB, HBM, CoWoS, and related areas is preferred.
