Compensation and Benefits

Expected base salary: CAD $84,893 – $103,758 per year (Toronto). For other jurisdictions, compensation will align with local regulations and market benchmarks. The actual salary will vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, education/training, skills, market conditions, and alignment with role requirements.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, remaining days remote. Employees are required to be in the office 3 days a week to foster collaboration while providing flexibility.
