Senior Technical Business Analyst

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation on a major Claims Modernisation program and are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a high-profile Data & AI delivery stream.

This is not a traditional BA role.

You will sit at the intersection of Claims, Data, AI and delivery, helping shape and deliver initiatives focused on Property and Motor Claims through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

Working closely with Claims stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Data & AI specialists and delivery teams, you will bring clarity to complex problems, support discovery and POCs, and help ensure initiatives are practical, well-governed and aligned to business outcomes.
