Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical management of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Oversee construction planning and technical proposal preparation during tender stage
- Optimize structural, MEP, and architectural finishing solutions for quality and efficiency
- Provide on-site technical leadership and resolve complex construction challenges
- Coordinate with designers, clients, and international consultants
- Drive adoption of advanced construction methods and technologies
