Senior Technical Writer

The Senior Technical Writer is primarily responsible for the technical communication of the OSI products, including operator guides, technical manuals, and internal publications in PDF and web‑based formats. The role also involves assisting various departments with documentation needs and providing in‑house support and training for Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and publish high‑quality technical documentation for OSI products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and other stakeholders to gather information, define documentation requirements, and ensure accuracy and usability.
• Research and interpret complex technical information from subject matter experts, design documents, and product releases to create clear, user‑focused content.
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, configuration control, and audit records in accordance with OSI processes and quality requirements.
