Senior Technician -BMS

What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician with a strong background in data center infrastructure to oversee and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) across Data Centers in UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum operational uptime and efficiency while supporting environmental control systems, safety, and compliance within the data center.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage BMS systems across multiple Hospital, commercial, residential building & data center sites to ensure optimal performance and environmental control.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS‑controlled equipment such as HVAC, CRAC units, chillers, UPS, and generators.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for installation, upgrades, calibration, and repairs of BMS components.

Review system alarms and provide first‑line response to system faults or deviations.
