Responsibilities Job Description:•Oversee and lead direction for assigned IT processes utilizing the ITIL framework.•Review and govern the ITSM tool team for assigned ITIL processes to ensure alignment and data quality.•Coordinate reporting of assigned ITIL process metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and perform in-depth analysis.•ITIL v3 Foundations certification required.•Interact with other technology and engineering leaders to ensure optimal Service operation and performance occurs.
