Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager

South Africa’s largest JSE-listed REIT seeks an experienced Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager to successfully manage their Office portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

The potential incumbent will be responsible for the development, project management and reporting of tenant installations, refurbishments and small works projects; budget planning; SLA management; and staff management/development. They will also be required to understand SANS 10400 Building Regulations South Africa.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful applicant is expected to have 10 years of experience in managing teams, 10 years of experience in project management/development management from an architectural/quantity surveying background; an appropriate tertiary qualification, and Auto CAD or space planning experience. Interior design experience will be advantageous.
