Senior Test & Development Engineer

Tech Connect Group have partnered with a UK-based engineering company in their search for a Senior Test and Development Engineer. Backed by industry investor and strong pre-orders, this start up business are heading towards their next step in their growth journey. This role requires you to reliably commute to their Milton Keynes offices, 5 days a week. This role would best suit an experienced development engineer with a track record of delivering performance improvements through structures and data-driven test programmes.

• Design, plan, and execute structured test programmes for powertrain systems.
• Develop and refine test methodologies, procedures, and acceptance criteria to ensure robust, repeatable results.
