Senior Travel Agent - Portuguese Speaking

We are looking for

a Senior Travel Agent with deep industry knowledge who can autonomously manage the travel requests of our B2B clients. You will be the point of contact for our Portuguese - speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and providing customized solutions for every business travel need. The role requires strong autonomy, precision, and sharp problem-solving skills.
 

Your role in BizAway : 

End-to-End Travel Management: Independently manage business travel requests from initial quotation to final confirmation.

Comprehensive Booking: Utilize a Global Distribution System (GDS) to plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other necessary services.

Policy-Compliant Guidance: Offer expert advice and recommend optimal travel solutions, strictly adhering to client corporate travel policies.
