Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and grow sales by securing, costing, and presenting journeys to sales agents in a timely manner.


• Detailed understanding of strategic and preferred suppliers, negotiating deals and incorporating benefits into client rates.


• Focus on sales success and booking quality.


• Liaise with Reservations Manager on sales potential and agent relationships.


• Deliver speedy service, efficient communication, and meet tight deadlines.


• Provide continuous communication and excellent service delivery to agents.
