Senior Utility Designer in West Toronto

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Wet Utility Designer for its vibrant Utilities team in West Toronto. Lead and innovate utility designs for significant transportation projects across the Greater Toronto Area.

In this leadership role, you will prepare detailed design drawings for wet utilities, including stormwater, sanitary systems, and watermain designs. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders to optimize project delivery and outcomes. Mentorship for junior staff is key, helping to elevate their capabilities in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review utility design drawings and reports • Design relocations for utilities including water, gas, and telecom • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams • Develop preliminary designs using CAD tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D
