Senior UX/UI Designer

At Catch Design, we help some of New Zealand’s most recognised brands create meaningful, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who brings strong design craft, strategic thinking, and a passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful, human-centred design.

If you're an experienced designer who can confidently lead design across projects, balance UX thinking with high-quality UI execution, and enjoy mentoring others along the way, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the design stream across complex digital projects, shaping direction from discovery through to delivery. You’ll combine research, strategy, and craft to ensure the right problems are being solved—and that the solutions are intuitive, elegant, and effective.
