Senior VP Sales EMEA (m/f/x) - SaaS

We are looking for a strategic but hands-on Senior Vice President Sales EMEA to lead the next growth phase of a fast-scaling SaaS company in the Customer Experience (CXP), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI space. The company delivers cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that enable businesses to better understand their customers, act on real-time feedback, and drive measurable impact across experience, engagement, and reputation.

Your Role:

Lead, scale, and structure the EMEA sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets

Translate company-level objectives into actionable sales goals, quotas, team structure and hiring plans through reverse forecasting

Build a high-quality pipeline and implement a consistent forecasting and reporting structure

Define and drive a company-wide sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, P.U.B.) to ensure pipeline clarity and forecast reliability
