- Knowledge of the latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including the latest ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards.
- Provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication, as part of the IT team.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility.
- Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines.
- Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.
- Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.
