Senior Web3 & Fintech UX Design Leader

Framework Ventures in Argentina is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design for complex products at the intersection of Web3 and financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing their ability to tackle design challenges independently.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and produce high-quality UI/UX that enhances user trust and engagement in innovative systems.
