Opportunity Description
Capital One is looking for a dedicated individual to support Workforce Management functions, including overseeing Capacity and Footprint Execution as well as managing schedules and absences. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective staffing and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of related experience, strong analytical and management skills, and the ability to navigate complex processes. Knowledge of call center processes and data visualization tools will be advantageous.
