Senior Workplace Assessment Consultant (Project Bid)

We are looking for an employee relations or workplace assessment consultant to join a project team bidding on a project with the Department of Defence.

To qualify, candidates must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting workplace assessments and employee relations investigations.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting employee conflict resolution and mediation services.
• Have a relevant project history of at least 3 projects in the last 5 years
• Be fluent in both English and French
• Have the capacity to deliver services between June and October 2026
• Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Hold a relevant professional designation
• Preferably: Experience working with the Federal Government.

Compensation is negotiable.
