Senior Workshop Lead: Automotive Diagnostics & Operations

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. You will lead and supervise technical teams, maintain operational standards, and drive productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in automotive workshop operations and strong leadership skills. Previous experience in the UAE automotive industry is preferable, and a UAE driving license is an added advantage.
