Role Overview

The Senior Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all workshop activities, ensuring the highest quality of service and maintaining the smooth operation of the workshop through effective leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a bike workshop, exceptional technical skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
