What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming dining experience
- Present menus, explain dishes and answer questions about ingredients and dietary options
- Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
