Dravida, a new restaurant from Chef Aarthi Sampath, is opening soon in the East Village!

Dravida is a service-led, chef-driven restaurant focused on the Indian diaspora. The menu is built to be guided at the table, and servers are expected to know the food well enough to keep service moving cleanly and confidently. Service will be fast, structured, and detail-oriented. Servers are expected to run a full section, stay ahead of pacing, and keep communication tight between guests, the kitchen, and support.

We’re looking for experienced servers who are steady, alert, and comfortable in a high-volume environment. This is a role for people who stay organized under pressure and take ownership of their section from start to finish.
