Work closely with service contractors on daily appointments and cash collection Daily service appointments' documents reconciliation Contract creation and management Management reports compilation Work closely with colleagues on Service Contract related matters Create and manage Service Contracts, and seeing to the invoicing and reconciliation Perform data entry and simple reports analysis Update Policies & Procedures Ad-hoc office administrative upkeep duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE 'O' level Possess good communication skills and positive attitude Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
