- Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries
- Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
- Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices
- Communicate updates between customers and the workshop
- Advise customers on required services, parts, and follow-up work
- Ensure all work is authorised and properly documented
- Perform after-service follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records on the dealership system
- Work closely with workshop technicians and parts department
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repairs
- Computer literate and confident with dealership/workshop systems
