We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused SERVICE ADVISOR to join a busy independent garage in Falmouth. This is a key front‑of‑house role within a small, team‑orientated business, where everyone works together to achieve the goals of the business.

The Role

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
• Explaining work required and providing estimates
• Liaising closely with technicians and updating customers
• Handling invoicing, payments, and general administration
• Being flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team 

About You

• Motor industry experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
