Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of experience acting as the link between customers and the service department.
• Ensure smooth communication, accurate diagnosis of vehicle issues, and excellent customer experience.
• Prior work in automotive service, customer support, or related fields is an advantage.
• Promote additional services or products when appropriate.
• Update customers on progress and follow up after service.
