Role Overview

As a Service Centre Manager at Belron Canada, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of your Service Centre, ensuring customer satisfaction, boosting revenue, and leading a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the Service Centre, meeting customers and building genuine relationships (approximately 90% of your time).
  • Add value to the customer experience and identify opportunities to increase store revenue.
  • Lead and manage staff time, set team goals, and track performance.
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for results while creating a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (sales experience is a bonus).
  • Demonstrated interest in developing people and a passion for teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
