**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**
+ Scheduling daily work with little downtime and updating WIP.
+ Assessing service needs of customers and connecting them with resources.
+ Ensuring each customer is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs.
+ Maintaining good relationships with customers to keep customer base.
