Primary Responsibilities

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service coordination or similar role is required.
• Bachelor's degree qualification is required for this position.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of food service or catering industry experience is essential.
• Coordinate all aspects of service logistics to ensure that instructions to meet customer needs are implemented and carried out.
• Ensure that planning, delegation, design, set-up, etc. related to customer orders are executed with least problems.
• Facilitate everything needed for an order to be delivered or an event to be executed.
• Ensure that the standard of quality of service rendered are meet or surpassed.
• Have a good leadership representation.
