Job Description:
- Greet customers, assign seats, take orders, and serve food & beverages
- Introduce menu items and ongoing promotions
- Handle cashiering duties when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and customers to ensure smooth service
- Prior F&B or service experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Friendly, service-oriented, and good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and team player
