Service Crew/Housekeeping

Job Summary:



Responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and a comfortable environment for guests.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Service Crew Functions:



Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately

Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers

Handle basic cashiering tasks when assigned

Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly



Housekeeping Functions:



Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and work areas regularly

Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, pantry, and common areas

Dispose of trash properly and monitor waste areas

Ensure all areas are well-organized and presentable at all times

Refill supplies such as tissue, soap, and other essentials
