Service Data management Owner

About the role

We are in search of a talented Data Management Owner to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end service data lifecycle—ensuring the quality, consistency, and usability of service‑related data across systems and regions, in support of the global Service Systems program and ongoing service operations. The role supports the rollout of service tooling by preparing, validating, and governing data related to resources, skills, certifications, time tracking, utilization, and service performance, ensuring data readiness ahead of go‑lives and during hypercare. Beyond the project phase, the role acts as a key enabler for the Services organization by maintaining trusted, decision‑grade data that underpins service planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
