We are urgently hiring for a Service Delivery Specialist

Location: BGC Taguig

Work Setup & Shift: Onsite | Day Shift | 6am to 3pm

Salary is up to 50k based on experience.

Preferred Working knowledge of IPND compliance requirements.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally within the Telco industry.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Telco Fixed (data & voice) products (e.g., PSTN, 5G Fixed Wireless Access).
• Core Skills: Excellent Change Management and Time Management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work with high autonomy and attention to detail.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
