Service Designer, Access Networks

The Role

Reporting to the Access Network Design Manager, the Service Designer will be responsible for delivery of projects which include new on-net fibre connectivity designs requiring the review of existing ISP distribution fibre and port capacity both at the customer premise and Beanfield points of presence. This position will also be responsible for the accurate documentation of all network connectivity, implementation instruction and customer connectivity as‑build in a variety of systems. This key position will work closely with Sr. Fibre Designers and the OSP construction division to ensure all project requirements are met, while assisting Sales on incoming requests.
