Opportunity Description
Location: City net, Mandaluyong (near MRT Shaw station)
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site and Shifting schedule
(For the Service Desk position, you will be handling clients from different countries like US, Latin America and EMEA regions.
-For this position, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware or software issues.
-Your key responsibilities are providing basic technical support, assisting with installations and configurations, and troubleshooting common problems.
-Day-to-day tasks also include resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, setting up new user profiles, and configuring Outlook and network settings.)
