Provide support for Entra ID, Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive for Business, Power Platform, and Intune Assist in re-registering Windows devices with Bunge as Entra hybrid joined Troubleshoot Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and mobile email issues. Resolve issues related to Mailbox access, Profile recreation, Autodiscover, Shared mailboxes, Mail flow and permissions Resolve sign‐in, password, and MFA issues related to Entra ID tenant changes, UPN changes, Conditional Access policies, MFA re‐registration Provide support for mobile device migration (i OS and Android), including troubleshooting issues related to un-enrollment or enrollment with Intune Support Microsoft client reconfiguration issues related to Outlook, One Drive, Teams, and Microsoft Office license activation Handle VIP and high priority issues promptly Provide on-desk support ...
