Opportunity Description
KBR, Inc is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to manage service orders and liaise effectively between customers and departments. This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and good project management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, have at least two years of experience in service desk functions, and must pass overseas medical screening. Knowledge in Maximo and Oracle CMMS is preferred.
